Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bigtime.host, including our website, file hosting app, APIs, custom domain features, and related services. By creating an account, uploading a file, publishing a site, or otherwise using bigtime.host, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use bigtime.host.

2. What bigtime.host Does

bigtime.host lets users upload files and zip archives, process those uploads into hosted project files, and publish the resulting content on a generated subdomain or a connected custom domain.

The service is intended for lawful websites, portfolios, documents, images, demos, static project previews, and similar hosted files.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including uploads, published projects, custom domains, password-protected sites, and activity by anyone who uses your sessions, credentials, or shared links.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You must keep your sign-in methods, sessions, and access links secure.
• You may not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, avoid enforcement, or abuse free or promotional access.
• You may not share access in a way that bypasses intended project, account, plan, or domain restrictions.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use bigtime.host only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate purposes. You may not upload, host, publish, link to, distribute, or store materials that we reasonably determine are prohibited, abusive, harmful, unlawful, or unsafe for the service.

Prohibited use includes, without limitation:

• Illegal materials or content that promotes, enables, or instructs illegal acts
• NSFW content, including pornography, explicit sexual content, or adult nudity
• Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving minors
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm content, or content promoting physical harm
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, exploitation, stalking, or doxxing
• Fraud, impersonation, deception, phishing, spam, or misleading advertising
• Malware, credential theft, evasion tools, botnets, or other security misuse
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Excessive automated traffic, bandwidth abuse, storage abuse, scraping abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service
• Using bigtime.host to host material you do not have the right to use

If you violate this Acceptable Use section, we may immediately delete your account, projects, uploaded files, extracted files, published files, custom domain connections, and related data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will not receive a refund for subscriptions, plan fees, unused time, credits, or other amounts paid if your account is deleted or restricted because of an Acceptable Use violation.

5. Uploaded Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish through bigtime.host. You grant us the rights needed to receive, store, process, extract, copy, display, transmit, serve, delete, and otherwise handle that content as needed to operate and protect the service.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload, edit, host, publish, password-protect, share, and connect domains to your content.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, and appropriateness of every file, archive, extracted object, site, domain, and link you create or share.

6. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

bigtime.host offers free and paid plans with different upload, project, storage, bandwidth, password protection, and custom domain limits. Plan definitions and limits may change as the service evolves.

• Uploads, projects, storage, and bandwidth may be blocked when limits are reached.
• Paid plans may renew monthly or annually depending on the option you choose.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated by us, payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not available for accounts terminated or deleted because of Acceptable Use violations, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Domains and Published Sites

Published projects may be available on generated subdomains, custom domains, direct file URLs, preview URLs, or password-protected links. Anyone with access to a public URL may be able to view the associated content unless a supported access restriction is active.

If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for controlling that domain, configuring DNS correctly, maintaining domain registration, and ensuring the domain is used lawfully.

8. Service Availability and Changes

bigtime.host is provided as an evolving service. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, limits, pricing, plans, integrations, storage behavior, and availability at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent hosting availability, permanent data retention, or that every uploaded file, extracted file, domain, or published site will remain available indefinitely.

9. Intellectual Property

bigtime.host and its software, branding, interface, documentation, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by law or these Terms, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit the service itself without our permission.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access; remove hosted content; revoke sessions; disconnect domains; or delete accounts immediately if we believe your use violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates risk for other users, or exposes bigtime.host to legal, security, operational, or reputational harm.

You may stop using bigtime.host at any time. You may also request account deletion from the app, subject to any retention required for legal, tax, accounting, security, abuse-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

11. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

bigtime.host is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bigtime.host will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of bigtime.host after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
